The Arkham games have some nasty DRM, even through steam... at least that's the rumor I've heard. Can anyone confirm?

Dang, bought this for $5 last month. Started playing it, only about 4 hours in, but really enjoying it so far. Took about an hour to get into it, but glad I bought it. Great price, TU!

I'll never play is on PC after finishing the 360 version...but it's less than $4. Blah!

So through steam... does that mean you can only install it on 4 machines when installing *through* steam? I've never seen that feature on any other game... I can't imagine why they would even have it.

I've never activated a SecuROM product, that I know of, but I would imagine that during the install or first run of the product the software will check with the the SecuROM activation service to see if the game key and hardware id combination has been activated already with a limit of 4 unique hardware ids.


So to answer your question, I would think that you are limited, regardless of how many times you can download the game from Steam, to installing the game on up to four different machines as defined by SecurROM (a new install of Windows may count as a machine).
