There was an issue with one of the shirts that I ordered and it was telling me it couldn't ship any of my shirts due to shipping restrictions. I had to end up calling and the representative had to use their system to check every shirt to find out it was the last shirt in my cart that wasn't reporting inventory correctly. Obviously Shop Runner doesn't work over the phone, but I had over $100 so it was free for me anyways. I bought about 1 of every shirt...haha.
In case you have the issue to, it was item number H1290630 in Red. It was a large but now I see on the site that its finally reporting correctly that its out of stock in Large.
I can vouch for the Ecko shirts personally. Great quality and these are at a great price.
