is that enough to power this?

I've got a GTX-560ti in a PC now with a quality 400w 30amp PSU. No issues so far. I think the card makers overstate the power requirements, in case people have power hungry CPUs and other such components, along with inefficient lower quality PSUs. Particularly if like me, you have a newer Intel PSU and SSD that use less power than older components, you can get away with a lower power PSU. At 600w if your PSU is a quality unit and has 30+amps on the main rail, you should be ok.

Keyword is "recommended" for wattage. This card would run with a 350W power supply but to prevent power failures due to lack of power draw, 500W at the minimum. I don't fear this as much as I used to.

Add on to the price, this is a pretty good deal. It won't smash benchmark records but will be viable for about 90% of all gamers.

Not as hot as the 560 Ti 448 core for $120 a week or two ago, but smaller rebate and still a great price..

I love my MSI 560 Ti.. been nothing but solid and maxes most, if not all games at 1080p on highest settings (most with some AA/AF as well).. I don't think you can do much better for the price, aside from buying second hand/used etc.
