Previous deal for reference: http://slickdeals.net/f/5372616
Thanks poetuan who originally found this drive to be back: http://slickdeals.net/f/5641378
To check warranty:
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/supp...tatuscheck (check "Board or Other", enter ISN and SA, case sensitive).
http://www.intel.com/support/ssdc...031625.htm
Mine says Estimated Warranty Expiration*: May 01,2015, so I will keep the invoice in case there are any problems until 12/7/2015 (3 years).
Update 1/9: I mailed my rebate submission on 12/17, which was received on 12/30. It was just approved today 1/9/2013. I did NOT send a UPC.
Update 1/10: Drive is back in stock. Maybe they will offer a rebate soon.
To those who say this was a repost: The other threads were in Deal Talk when I posted this in Hot Deals. A thread is put in Deal Talk when it expires. A newly active deal with free shipping deserves a new thread in Hot Deals. The last time this drive got free shipping, the thread was still in Hot Deals. I simply posted a reply to the existing thread in Hot Deals and alerted the mod and OP: http://slickdeals.net/forums/show...stcount=77
I also acknowledged poetuan in my post, and repped him at 12-07-2012 07:12 PM.
Moreover, the last time I asked http://slickdeals.net/f/5604228 to be moved from Deal Talk back to Hot Deals, mod said: "i moved it back but if someone already created a new thread, then yours will have to go back to deal talk so next time, it's fine to create a new thread."
