Not a good Deal $7 for 6 pounds at Costco, I think the same at Sams too, black forest brand (yum)

These are tasty and for a delivered to my house item find it quite an attractive bargain. However, there is another brand that I like just a half-a-tad-bit better, Albanese and they are actually a little less money than Haribo and are also available via SS on Amazon. If you (I mean, if your children!) like a chewier gummie like I do (I meant like my children do!) then Albanese brand are certainly worth a try. But like I said, these Haribo's are a good treat too and less chewy than the brand that I mentioned twice already! And NO, I don't work for any gummy company...in my dreams!

Sounds like a great deal. But a terrible idea for a sugar addict, like myself.

Wonder if these can be shipped APO. I know the food and perishables on Amazon are really hit-or-miss on what can and cannot go APO. I'll have to check.
Not that I need them though; for one, I really don't need to be eating them, and for two, the Danish planes bring all kinds of crazy Haribo gummi candies in every week for the BX anyway.

I just have fond memories of buying 5 lb bags for $8 or so at Tech School at Keesler and taking them to class with me and sharing them the class, to include this chick I was digging at the time.
Edit: Ahh, my memory is fading on me! It was 3 lb bags for $5, not 5 lbs for $8.
