Capital One Credit Card 1.5% CB

I just got an offer from Capital One for a 1.5% cash back card. It doesn't say anything about it being an extra 50% cash back at the end of the year, so it seems like it's 1.5% from the start.

Has anyone else gotten this? Am I missing something?

If it's the Capital One Cash Rewards card, then the rewards are as follows:

1% back on purchases instantly after purchases
and .5% back on the anniversary of opening the credit card.

It does equal 1.5% in the end. You are able to redeem points for cash at 2500 points for $25 statement credit which is nice.

I have this card, and I think the rewards are nice. But the APR is a bit higher than my other credit cards.

I assume if it is that card, they would have to say that somewhere, right? It just says that I'll earn 1.5% for all purchases (minus returns).

But still a good deal especially if you get it when they offer a bonus credit for spending initially.

While APR might be higher, it is fine if you pay off your balance every month.

So it's basically the same I posted before, I can't see the 1.5% but the regular 1% plus extra 0.5% annually. You both got a very exclusive offer because I can't find no mention at all anywhere else.

Well according to the flyer it's really 1.5%, not sure how common could be but I'm surprised they have two different cashback programs for the exact same card. I guess I will ask them about it, maybe I can be moved to that program Big Grin
