Thanks I think so too this is a good deal as with frys a lot of people still had to pay taxes. This one is no tax and free shipping, what more we can ask for at 979

There is tax in CA (and a lot of it). Really, the price isn't much less (if at all) than a no-CA-tax seller with CB savings (and you'd probably be getting a better return policy too).

I agree. What I ended up doing last time with the Frys deal was calling MacMall for a price match. After an arduous call with a testy (lol) salesman, they finally price matched the computer. I used my shop runner shipping and got it in 2 days for 999 shipped, no tax.

This deal now is available to everyone and its a reputable seller. I believe this is the seller who did the iPad 3rd gens earlier this year and that was 100% legit.
