Was just using eBay on my iPhone and there was a link for 15% off new customers (up to $150). Bought the MacBook pro that was posted in this deal for $849.15:

You may need to use the mobile site (and not be logged in) to get the offer.

edit: Changed title to YMMV since people are having problems replicating it. I just assumed that all new mobile users were offered it.

edit2: eman40 has provided a link that worked for him. Not sure if it will work for everyone.

But here is a screenshot of my order. Again, I clicked on the link for the MacBook Pro that was posted here. At the top of the screen there was a banner for 15% off for new customers.
