Yes, and Yes, although some are claiming that there is some sort of iillegal activities assosciated with the site, there is no proof supporting that theory.

If it wasn't a 'legit' site, than it would've asked you for your credit card yet instead they ask you for your verification first, and Paypal is the only acceptable payment. And you know the difference between credit card and Paypal, where you can dispute the payment and it is whole easier than with the credit card. Not only that, they also have a return policy in the website.
Um, no.

To accept credit cards you actually have to jump through some hoops and document a few things. To accept PayPal you basically just have to accept an ACH transfer. The grocery store requires more proof of ID and legitimacy than PayPal does.

As far as PayPal being easier to dispute than a credit card... it's actually the opposite really. I bought a NetFlix gift card on eBay and thought I was all protected by the eBay and PayPal promises. When Netflix cancelled the card (it was paid for with a stolen credit card number) a couple of months later, PayPal and eBay both told me tough luck.

I was, however, able to get a full refund by calling my credit card company and doing a chargeback.

PayPal is EASY, but you're just about naked dealing with them. No protection at all, for buyer or seller, from fraud.

Not accepting credit cards is a red flag. It doesn't mean they're illegal (though there are a lot of things that strongly suggest so), but it does look bad.

I hope you have never purchased a name brand item from a store like TJ MAXX because by that logic, you have made an unethical purchase as well. Seeing as TJ MAXX and other stores (Including Sam's Club and Costco) purchase these items from various stores that have gone out of business, or purchased way to many. Techinically these are "black market" items too, since the manufacturer would never admit to selling their product to such crap stores like TJ MAXX. THREAD CRAP SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS IS A DEAL THREAD, NOT A PODIUM
Black market is stolen or illegal goods.

Grey market refers to goods sold via unauthorized outlets or whose provenance isn't clear.

No one has conclusively shown that the web site is on the FBI's top ten most wanted list true, but quite a few red flags have been raised and anyone purchasing from the site should exercise caution.

If nothing else, pay ONLY with a credit card, not directly from your PayPal account funds, so that you can do a chargeback later without consequences if need be.

At least you, the OP, have a reasonable track record on SD. If you had like 10 posts I'd REALLY question whether you worked for (or owned) this site. Don't take it personally if people question the deal. It's not a reflection on you, it's all about the seller. Folks really do have some legitimate reasons to be concerned.

Me, I'm going to wait 6 months or so, and if the site's still around and at that point has a history of good feedback, I'll dive in. I'm all for saving a few bucks (to the point of being ridiculed for it in other threads) but this just seems too much risk to trim $5 or so more off my cell phone bill.

Got a month for 2 different phone lines on ST. Both PINs successfully added to the accounts to get month of service. Had to take the phone call verification for both. Wish there was a way to buy like 3 months of service and add it in 1 shot.

Assuming the code they send you is valid and they are still in stock, yes it will work. You can add any $45 or $60 (rip-off) code to your account. You don't need a special "activation" code or anything like that.
