Checked my order and the discount has been removed from the order, and the Qty of Peanut Butter Buttons has been changed from 2 to 0. Looks like cancellations are in progress.

I had a less than stellar experience with FannieMay about 3 years ago when they removed a coupon from several orders so I have been keeping an eye on my orders this time....I was hopeful history would not repeat itself....unfortunately that is not the case.
2 of my orders partially shipped this evening so I took a look at my cc. It showed the original auths for my orders (2 at $5.98) from Sunday, credits for the original authed amts (2 @ $5.98) which posted tonight and new charges (2 @ $10.73) which also posted tonight. I called FannieMay and was initially told the peanut butter buttons on my order would ship later...thru the course of the conversation the rep confirmed they were out of stock and I would not receive them. The rep indicated they don't send emails when items are shipped or when an item is out of stock. I was told that the coupon was supposed to be $10 off a $20 order, which is why I am seeing the amts on my cc. After some discussion, the rep agreed to post a one-time courtesy credit of $10.73 for each of my orders. Good luck all! |

I just logged into my account and i see 6 different people orders with there address, phone numbers ad credit card information. This website and company is a mess!

my orders have tracking numbers and show free shipping, and the code 10012 showing a discount, but charging me the $10 more....my credit card still shows the correct amounts processing....i placed a lot of orders....should i call?
