$10 in points just showed up in my account and it doesn't say in my account history what it is for but it expires in 3 days,so it must be a gift.

Soo... I had 1 order where I never received points. On top of that, they sent me 4/7 of the wrong items (wrong shirt color, size, or type/fit of jeans, etc.), and cancelled one of them as well. I wanted to exchange, but they didn't have the sizes I needed.

I opted for in-store return. They couldn't issue it to my original credit card for some reason and issued me a gift card instead. Instead of getting $45 back on my credit card, the store associate gave me a $90 gift card instead.

For those of you that are planning on returning/exchanging stuff, wait until they either restock inventory for the ones you want to exchange, or expect to get a gift card instead.

Would be happy to pay you $45 for your $90 gc. . Just tryin' to help...lol.

sears called me today about a few of my orders that didnt ship yet.. saying the promotion expired and if i would like to reorder the items.. 515 number..

I was trying to use some points for some tools, but they wouldn't apply. So I called sywr support and was told they suspended my account on 12/20. They also said that they are reviewing an issue with their point redemption system on quite a few accounts....they can't come after us right?

has anyone ordered from a 3rd party merchant from kmart/sears and had shipping delay issues?

I ordered the dark knight trilogy from kmart.com and apparently there 3rd party wholesaler handles it. its been 2 week. still not shipment. i am starting to think it will never ship. of course, i paid with points so i can do chargeback.

I honestly don't ever see that happening, I think they permanently locked certain accounts and that's it, one can only wish I guess...
