I don't think Zappos is always too expensive.. I got 2 pair of Uggs there last year, my ankle boots for $80 and the classic ones for $100. Customer service is awesome, and you can't beat the shipping speed. Just gotta catch what you want on sale.

Zappos used to do price matching but not anymore. I prefer that over a 1-day free shipping and they also tax CA now and I would prefer a discount equivalent to your tax %. Otherwise, i'd rather go somewhere else. DSW also has free shipping with code but they tax too. The difference is that they are cheaper than Zappos.

Did a quick comparison of a few different shoes that i have purchased. DSW and Zappos are within $5 of each other. Then I did a search for size 14 shoes and found that DSW had maybe 75(45 of them being athletic shoes) different pairs of shoes in that size. Zappos had 2900. |

Is anyone else not getting past the login screen? I try to login and it acts as if I've just refreshed the page. If I enter the wrong username or password, it will take me to a page where it shows me an error message.

DSW doesn't do free return shipping unless you exchange. That is correct. But if you have a store near you, you can just return to store for free. Inconvenient, yes but if you just want to try on something then buy it at Zappos. Then if you decide you like it, return to Zappos and buy the one from DSW for cheaper.....slick!
