* The LG Optimus Slider **IS** eligible to be used on the $25 BeyondTalk grandfather plans

** YES, you can use these Android phones without activiation as a WiFi devices (think Ipod Touch), and you will still have access to Google Market/Play Store/Apps.

I really really want it to drop to 99 like on black friday, or have the One V drop to 49, but I doubt that will happen anytime soon

Im on long island my friend just switched from virgin to straight talk (at&t), so far he says the coverage is better. He works in nyc but has the week off. PM me next week and ill let you know how it goes for him next week.
