This has whey protein, milk protein and pro-biotics from yogurt, your daily fruit and vitamins with applesauce and complex carbs and fiber from the oatmeal. Pretty complete shake, decently low calories and keeps you full for a few hours.

This is the poor mans version that I've been doing since highschool... recently got some supplements that do the same thing, but better.

Supplement version:
-1 scoop/serving of Dymatize Elite XT (Protein complex with casein)
-1 scoop of ON Soy Protein (very lean pure protein)
-Two big spoonfuls of Applesauce (same as above)
-1 serving of GNC Superfood Whole Foods Blend (Daily value of fruits and veggies)
-1 Serving of ON Glyco Maize (Complex carb and fiber blend)
-1 Serving of ON Fitness Fiber (6 fiber source blend)
-1 Cup of Water or Juice
