so experienced ipad owners is the 16 gb ok to get? I bought a 32 gb ipad 3 last week from the best buy sale, but may return it and get the ipad 4. or should I spring for the 32 gb? mostly will be using it for web surfing, maybe some tv and movies but not a heavy watcher or gamer. this will be my first ipad. I have a 16 gb mini i ordered and am waiting on; I just don't want storage regrets with the big ipad at only 16 gb. thanks everyone
I was able to PM the Microcenter sale price to both the Ipad 2 ($359) and Ipad 4 ($459) to Target. Just showed them the ad and Microcenter also attached their business card to the ad for contact info just in case Target needed to call them to verify price. I also received a $50 GC for each Ipad, opened a Redcard for 5% off and used $10 GC for each transaction from last weeks deal! Super good deal!
When you say "ad", did you just print off the website or have the store printed ad? I tried printing the website, and the two targets i went to would only do it for the store printed ad. I got the store printed ad, but that clearly states "3rd gen" for $459.
Also, when people say they were successful, can you include the store location, or add it to the wiki so others know where they can go?
I was able to PM today at Target. Total price was 488 for the 16 gb iPad 4 including tax plus the $50 gift card. This was at the Paramus Target. I just showed them a print out from Microcenter's site and the guy went online to verify and gave it me. Weird thing is my tax was taken from a price of $409.
I PMed today for the iPad 4 32gb wifi, I called about 4 stores and none of them let me. Decided to stop by one last store on the way home and got lucky. The supervisor didn't want to take it but said just cause I was nice asking she will let this one go. I didn't have the $10 off, but I did get the pricematch from MicroCenter for $559 and 5% redcard off + the $50 target GC. Walk out paying $582 and a $50 GC, still a lot better than paying for it retail.
I just called my local Target (Woodstock, GA) and they said that they would only price match on physical ads from the paper. I asked if the print out from their site would work and he said no. Ironically I received a Microcenter paper in the mail with a similar page to whats on their site that shows their deals on all iPads. However, it does not show the 3rd gen for $399.
Did anyone else receive this mailer from Microcenter and can anyone verify that the 3rd gen for this price isn't on it? I am at work and was going to stop by Microcenter on the way home to purchase.
