That is the sticking point by their policy. So YMMV is the rule.
As you can see. Some get it and some don't.
When I did the deal I was aware of that issue but tried to not allow it to become the issue. I had called the daybefore and asked about the policy and was told what I would need to bring as proff. When I went in I found the CSR I had talked to on the phone and that issue never came up. Just the print out and the model and color match. Then it went easy even with a manager to confirm the deal.

Did anyone have any trouble getting their rebate processed? I checked the status today on the website and it said my rebate was "non-compliant" because I didn't include a UPC. Which is a bunch of malarkey since I had to literally carve it out of the box.

When I send in stuff like that I always put the stuff on the floor and take a camera shot of it. I then put a side note with it-Items included like #3. rebate form/POP upc and reciept. And a shot of the addressed and stamped envelope.
I know not much help now but for future.
And start calling to make waves proving your compliance.

Yea I made photocopies of everything but no pictures. I figured I wouldn't have to be that intense. I'll make some pretty angry calls in the next few days. I mean the UPC was like a gigantic piece a cardboard, no way that was missing. Thanks for the advice though.
