Last time this was a slickdeal some woman on the board said she bought 40 and froze them. I guess frozen they are no different than say, the frozen white castle burgers but I LOLed at her idea and envisioned a huge fat pig.

Oddly enough, a big mac isnt the best but its hardly the worst. The french fries and huge soft drink that go with it are the problem. Over the last year I've routinely eaten fast food burgers (although I prefer In and Out), and lots of red meat, eggs, whole milk, etc. My diet consists of over 50% fat, most of it saturated animal fat.

I lost 82 pounds, and my blood work is pristine.

Aint the meat and fat, its the sugar and processed starches. I'm living proof!

Now, the thousand island dressing made with GMO'd industrial seed oil and corn syrup and the white flour bun on the big mac do in fact suck, but the meat and cheese (the usual suspects) aren't bad at all. Eat them.

Heck, a big mac and a glass of water or a diet coke is only ~500 calories.

Good news for those of us here in New York City. McDonalds locations here will be participating by offering a Big Mac sandwich for only $4.99!

You do realize that McD burgers are assembled using precooked meat that sits in warming cabinets and then microwaved, right?
