I need a wool coat or something warm. I am freezing my ass off and old my old warm my coats do not fit. lose a few pounds and its like i am a freaking girl now. I am always cold.

I'm not surprised with these guys. I have sent them three to four emails now on some bedding sheets which they labeled on their site as Hotel Collection and sent me something else. I'm going to start the CC disputes on these since it has been almost two weeks of trying to get the issue resolved.
Unless it's a few dollar deal, I am not buying from them again. Oh and I'm letting the CC company know that they charged me a month before they sent me the item (UPS tracking will confirm this). I'm sure Visa and Mastercard will like to know this since technically they are not supposed to bill you until after the item ships. Thanks to SD, 7 new and 4 refurb HP TP for friends and family.

I just got a shipment confirmation, despite my response telling them that I no longer wanted the jacket(s). They even sent me an email telling me that they would be cancelling my order. What are these assholes up to now?
Aside from that, I initially ordered two, but the email states that they're sending me only one. So I've sent a new email to them about this. If they don't do anything for me, would it be advisable to take it up with my CC company? Last edited by trdsupragt; 12-24-2012 at 12:48 PM.. |

Yeah this is just ridiculous. I'm glad I'm not the only one either. Update us when you guys decide to take it up with your CC company, since they charged our cards already. They seem to have no problem charging the card right away, but take forever to respond to emails and getting things shipped out (even if I still wanted the jackets).
Anyone have any advice on how to proceed from here? |

I just checked my account information, and it says "Refund pending". Let's hope this doesn't go past 90 days, guys. Keeping my fingers crossed on this one.
-Update- I received an email to get a partial refund because I purchased two jackets, and they shipped one of them. I'm guessing this is some kind of ploy to minimalize their losses on the advertising mistake they made. Nevertheless, I'm still going to be trying to get the rest of my money back on this. Just refuse delivery on the items. They refunded me the money on the items I sent back to them. These guys are absolute crooks at taking things back they they advertise incorrectly. I am have been going back and forth with these idiots for two weeks now. I'm going to open a CC dispute this week since I doubt they will do anything for me. They are probably trying to drag this thing on for 60 days since that is how long you have to dispute a charge.
I will never order anything from this company again. Their customer service is either handled by idiots or crooks that know to play the system. In either case I don't need to be doing business with them again. |
