The OP admitted to falsely acquiring additional bogus users. If you don't see what is wrong in that then there is nothing more to say.

Furthermore the OP is now whining that his account was shut down because of his act. If you're stupid enough to try something like this atleast don't be a whiny bitch when your account gets shut down. Atleast that's my take on it.

1) I never said the users were bogus...... I wrote "one of my credit cards was shut down since i added some users onto my account". Learn to quote/read.

2) I'm not upset in the least about the account being shutdown. I just found out that bank of america might not have any evidence and/or right to shut the account down based on my actions so I filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency.

3) worst case scenario I get a full explanation from the bank alleging that they have evidence that there is no one named Joseph Stalin in the United States and therefore they shut my account down.

4) In conclusion I dont understand why your hating on me, I deny that any fraud occurred and invite you to please take a chill pill.

George Washington
Joseph Stalin
Barrack Obama
Calvin Klien

Assuming the answer is no, a conclusion any person with an IQ would come to and not believe otherwise, you lied to the CCard company. They caught you in the act and closed down your account. You then come to the internet to get some feel good vibes yet all you're doing is whining that you got caught doing something stupid. 1) based on your logic if my mom had a name that sounded weird to "any person with an IQ" and I would add her to my credit card, they would have full rights to shut down an account since I would have "lied" to the credit card company.

obviously your totally wrong and any person with a decent IQ would understand that credit card companies need evidence on which to base their decisions, there are laws that need to be followed. Just because someone has a weird name doesnt give a ccard company the right to discriminate against them.

2) I'm not suing anyone I'm just requesting evidence at this point, which the credit card company should have used to shut my account down. I dont think they have any evidence so I filed a complaint. There are legal rules that need to be followed and if they didnt then they have broken the law.

The truth is that I thought this whole story is freaking hilarious and I was posting my story for the amusement of fellow sders. The fact that I launched an official investigation into the exact reasoning of the bank is a side point.

Throughout your responses you have resorted to name calling, put downs and hate comments. It's okay I understand some people have tough lives and they think they'll feel better by being keyboard warriors and trying to bully others, yet I know that inside they feel like shit. I have no problem being the bigger man and ignoring your remarks.
