Though I would not pay $200 for these(I wouldn't pay that much even for TripleFi 10), but at $75 these are in the range of most regular listeners(non-audiophiles) and are outstanding value for audiophiles.

I got one just to see how well they compare with my Brainwavz B2.
Also Logitech warranty on these is pretty good from what I read in the reviews.

I don't quite understand how my thread on the UE500's got FP and this didn't.. They should have both been front page under one listing. Oh well, guess just the few of us that find this thread will get the goodies. I am very grateful, OP, I scored 2 of these and am super excited about it.. I already have a pair, they are freaking AWESOME. So comfortable and sound great.

What I love about the 700 is how comfortable they feel in the ears even after a long period of time.

How do these compare to monster turbines?

While the earphones that UE 700 has been compared with get around a 9 on sound quality.

That said, in my opinion sound from dual armatures of UE 700 should be far superior as compared to the Turbines.

Also, Ultimate Ears 700, Brainwavs B2/DBA-01, Rockit R50 have the same TWFK driver, (also found in Vsonic GR01 and Audio Technica CK10). The latter two are high end in terms of price though but they should all share the same sound signature.

Yeah. I'm hoping for a headphones enthusiastic to give their opinion. I'm not a big fan of the full size headphones so I prefer these but still didn't buy it yet. Waiting for someone to give me a push.
