What is the risk of that investment? None. Rental property.
Have you made these types of investments before? No. But things are pretty stable.

Sorry, a bank will look at the debt to income ratio and your personal worth and decide against the loan, or offer you something with an atrocious rate that nullifies any possible reward based on the info you provided.

It is possible for me to show 20K in bank. Would that help?
