I think so Sony EX645 range from $1,498.00 to $1,998.00 and Samsung price is $1,269.99, so first you decide do you want to buy any one of them or you can go with other also, if you can go with other than you should go with Sony bravia V series, it 40-Inch LCD HDTV. heating oil nj[aribaoilsaves.com]
I am looking for TV with price range $600 to $800. Which one will be better TV? Thanks for advices
Depends on what you need. Both are 46" LED TVs. Both are HD, 1080p TVs. Both are smart TVs with plenty of common smart apps for multimedia consumption. However, the Samsung is a 3D TV while the Sony is not. If you need the 3D TV experience then go with the Samsung, if not, consider either and do not think you'll go wrong either way for the 2D experience.
My personal preferences are LG or Samsung LED TVs, top notch quality in my book.
Being at best buy, the sony has truer blacks and not washed out colors compared to the samsung tvs, go into a best buy yourself and you will probably see it. I saw the 40" sony right next to the samsung 6100 and the 6500 model. The sony had truer blacks and obviously the panasonic next to them had better black s than the samsung tvs also.
Also do note when you watch 3d on active 3d your refresh rates get cut in half meaning that samsung would be 60hz refresh rate rather than 120hz. That is why the optimal tv for active 3d viewing are 240hz tvs.
