I printed the order confirmation from the final ordering page. I've never had a problem with this in the past and what's even funnier is that I ordered the toaster, iphone charger, usb charger on the same order so had 3 rebates, sent same documentation for all 3 but 1 went through while other 2 were "invalid" due to the invoice issue (go figure).
After faxing the "invoice" one of them got updated with the new documentation while other still said waiting on documentation, I called them last Friday then again yesterday and after yesterday's call the CSR just went ahead and approved both (even though one of them was still "missing documentation").
The first CSR I spoke with after getting rejected mentioned that TD just changed their invoice requirement policy a couple of months ago and has cause a good bit of havoc with the rebate company...
