The $10 off $50 coupon that expires today is a better deal. Use it in store to save 20% on BB or Amazon GC instead of 16%.

Just came back from store. Bought $675 worth of gift cards using my $10 and $50 best buy gift cards. All in 1 transaction, had no problems.

They keep extra $50 amazon gift cards by the tablets, next to the tablet cases.

Got my Amex $20 credit even though 1 of my 4 orders got canceled, so I didn't make it over the $200 mark. So I spent $150 - $20 Amex - $30 Gift Cards = $100.
Not sure if I have the same case or not. A week after they cancelled one of my 4 orders, I went to Bestbuy B&M to buy $50 Amazon gift card intended to make up the $200 total purchase. I received the $20 credit a few days after my in store purchase.

Did you check order status? You are probably the only one. Just give them a call.

Agreed, just give them a call, explain you never go an email, and ask for a refund/fulfillment of the deal (your choice I think at this point).

One thought: have you checked your spam filter(s) to see if your confirmation email got caught there? It's remotely possible it did, and your cards were delivered to the wrong place. Or like me, maybe the UPS mailer fell off the side of the porch and got rained and snowed on and you'll find it in the spring (happened with an SD card a while back).

Good luck.

Haha, I wondered where my card went to as well. UPS showed as delivered so I started searching around. Found it way down in my storm door. UPS dude must have put it up by the glass and it fell down in the gap, where the glass and the screen slide up and down. Was a hell of a time getting it out of there.

Thanks for the replies

I didn't get anything in my email box (any folder) or anything mailed to me. I tried to place the order and got charged on 12/18, so it should have been delivered by now anyway.

Rather than dealing with BBY, I just called my CC and they issued me a $50 refund (without even opening an investigation) and told me they would deal with BBY and not to worry about the charge. Cool

Nice CC co. What card co. Is that? I lost on a charge back on a discover card from a purchase at sears. Sears wouldn't honor a sales price. because i used a MC on my initial order. And a discover card for the replacement order and a promise of credit to reflect the sales price. Ghe sears customer care mgr screwed me.
