I always read that warranties are typically not a good deal.
So why does everyone buy them from ST? Because of the discount? And for what type of products?
I am contemplating a ST Warranty for a Tablet. Mainly because my son will be the primary user so there may be a drop/cracked screen in it's future. If it was only based on the mechanical failure aspect I doubt I would buy.
