Does a SFB Health Savings Account count for the discount?
Yes! That is the only banking product I have through State Farm and I qualified for the discount. One thing you can do to confirm is log in to statefarm.com and make sure you see your HSA account listed under the banking section. If not, you may have to manually add it (which I had to do for my wife's account).
What about if I have State Farm homeowner insurance?

I used to buy the more expensive editions of TurboTax, but I discovered the Basic version does everything the others do and included all the same forms (I'm in Texas, so I don't have a State tax return).
Every year I have stock sales, Schedule C business, depreciation, itemized deductions, retirement contributions and Roth Conversions. I have not found anything I can't do with the Basic version (FREE with the State Farm deal). This has saved me a lot of money over the years.
I repeat: If you have a State Income Tax, this might not be true for you.
On the TurboTax site you can open windows with the form list for each level of the product and confirm this yourself.
Deluxe and higher = State return and/or need "hand holding" / asks you vs you having to find where to enter it.
I have done this for years. I just leave 1000 in savings and 200 in checking. I have had free TT for at least 6-7 years.
Be careful with small amounts. I remember getting a letter about fees for accts with small balances.
if that's too much money to keep tied up, just open a SF Visa card, and use it once a year to keep it active... I've had it for about 3 or 4 years now... and I don't have any other SF products. I just have it to use the turbotax deal.
if you have a hot freebie, do a search first. if it hasn't been posted, you may post it in either freebies or hot deals, but not both.
keep in mind that if it's only hot to you, it will get buried quicker in hot deals. plus freebies should be in the freebies forum but you won't be breaking any rules if you chose hot deals.
Slickdeals is able to share the best deals because of the contributions of users like you! If you found a great deal,
please share it with others by posting in our forums.
