whats the difference betwen r20 and r21? if its just a memory then I think R20 and buy 32gb outside around $15.00 right?

Yes, from what I can tell. Usually the second digit is extra internal memory and the third digit 0 means it has no internal memory.

From reading the reviews, quality vs price I would pick the R200 from Canon ($90, compared to $114.99 Dec 8 [googleusercontent.com]) + an SD card from another vendor.

Unless it is a small child that can brake things, in which case FS30 will do.

I will add that from my experience, I always preferred using the SD card. Internal memory is good for emergencies (if SD card is full) and may record faster, but with high-quality cards so cheap it is better getting an extra card. Up to you.
