After much searching and looking around, finally found the CS number to check the status of the rebate. I had to provide First and Last name and address and the representiative was able to pull up the record. He said that the rebate is currently processing and shall be mailed out soon..... It would have been better if they would have provided the information for tracking the rebate on the FORM.... Oh Well....
BTW: I used the webprint out form and sent the rebate WITHOUT the UPC....

Good deal. Of course Amazon has it for $24.99 w/FSSS, meaning you need to put in some kind of filler to get $25 if this is all you are buying, so off to find a filler item! [slickfillers.net]

small warning for the S&S people, the rebate says order by 12/31, in theory your S&S order date is whenever you checkout, but you know how companies are.
Also small warning to people using the kit, make SURE the red straw is firmly in the can before you spray it else... well, bad things happen  Considering buying this just to have in case I need it...
