I agree with everyone here about the bubbles and stickiness. But it seems like it does go away in 1-2 days --- the bubbles at least. The application is more challenging than most other protectors. Since I do not like the stickiness, I only buy the back protectors. I use a random one I purchased on eBay for the front screen, which works great. I just enjoy the stickiness for the back too I guess, makes it slightly less likely to slip from my hand.

I have a boxwave SP on my iphone 5, it protects it well, but its scratched up. Not scratch resistant at all.
I bought two of these when i bought my iphone for about this price and only use the back protector. I never used the front protector and now lost it. I'll give it a shot for the price. Also got one for my dad's nokia dumbphone. Its not touch so its only for scratch protection. |

They should all be the same right? I've used Invisible Shield, recently got some Skinomi's b/c they were on sale and most recently Armor Suit. Loved Invisible Shield and Armor Suit...yet to install the Skinomi...but went ahead and got two of these as well.

A lot of negative reviews. 90% of my installations have gone perfectly fine (10% due to my mistake)
I've installed these full body protectors on at least 4 devices (HTC Sensation, Mytouch 4g Slide x 2, iPhone 4, Motorola Xoom) and if you take the time and patience (at least 15-25 minutes) then you will be happy with what you get. How I install is this: 1. Wash hands with soap and water (to get rid of oily hands) 2. Warm water in cup+2-3 drops of soap (hand, dish, doesn't really matter). Swirl until there are a bubbles on the top 3. Alcohol wipe to phone's screen then use a microfiber (or supplied towelette) 4. Don't touch any article of clothing, cloth, etc as you may get dust on your hands 5. Dip fingers in soapy water, then peel off the screen protector. Dip protector in soapy water, swirl around. Using your hand, drop a couple of drops onto the screen itself. This will help you move the screen protector into perfect position+chance to fix any mistakes. 6. Slowly squeegee. This part should take about 3 minutes. Then using a blow dryer, squeegee at the same time. This part should take another 5 minutes. If any major bubbles arise>1 mm (small ones will form, but go away within a day), redo the whole process. Always remember to keep dipping your fingers in the cup of water. I fully recommend purchasing these Xtreme Guards as long as you are willing to put some time into it. I've used invisible shield, armor suit, and Ghost Armor before. In terms of quality I would say 1. Ghost Armor (No orange peel, smooth finish, non-stick feeling) 2. Xtreme Guard (really cheap in price, almost the same quality as Invisible Shield. Minor orange peel, grippiness goes away) 3. Invisible Shield (over price except 50% off, though still expensive. Orange peel, and too much stickiness) 4. Armor Suit (Corners peeled away too easily) Last edited by Chididdy123; 12-17-2012 at 09:14 PM.. |

Got one for my Nexus 7 and Razr Maxx during the last deal. Typical wet-apply screen protector - minor orange peel and slight tackiness. For the price they're worth a try, but I still prefer the dry plastic/static protectors.
However, it did take the company 3 tries to get my order right. First time they sent 2 Nexus 7 protectors. Then they sent me a Razr Maxx HD one instead of the regular Razr Maxx. Finally they sent me the Razr Maxx one, and happened to include the full body sheet as well (which I didn't pay for). Guess I can't complain with all the extras I got, but it did take almost 3 weeks to finally get what i ordered. |

Got a few for my nexus 4 last time it was on sale. Not too shabby.
Minor complaints: 1) the edges of the protector might get dusty if you're not careful, since the nexus 4 curves down near the very edges of the screen. 2) may not work so well with some cases. My original $5 s-line case kept peeling the edges, but my new diztronic case doesn't peel and actually hides the edges well 3) if you look closely, there are tiny streaks of colour on the screen here and there. Doesn't bother me much, but if you're OCD, it might. It takes about 24h for the bubbles to disappear - don't be tempted to squeeze them! you might actually deform the protector. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it. |

You get what you pay for...maybe more than that. For 10 times the price you might get a slightly better screen protector?
If you are decent at applying wet skins, these are okay. If you suck at installing wet skins, have no patience, or are sloppy, stay away and hire a mall guy to do it for you 10-20 times the cost. At this price if you've never ordered before what is there to lose? I've got these installed on my iPad, iPhone, Android devices, all work okay. I used Phantom Skinz before that (too costly), Best Skins, Zagg, Ghost Armor, and more. I don't feel like I want to waste 10 - 20 times the money on accessories that will be replaced or the gadget will be obsolete in a couple of years. For scratch protection these can't be beat, for the cost. |
