How does the sound compare to the TripleFi 10s ?
They are not as good however since my TF10's crapped out after 2.5 years I can't do a side by side comparison. Even though these are excellent are far more comfortable (even though I never had problems with the TF10 once I found the right tips) I would trade these for another pair of TF10s any day though.

The TF10s have better bass and highs, more of a sound profile I like. These however as astounding for the size and the fact they only have a single balanced armature.

I really do not like the fact the cable is not replaceable. I can solder however I would prefer to not have to open them up to solder a new cable on if this one brakes. I am tempted to get a new cable with a build in microphone and single button and solder it on. I was used to my TF10s with the VI cable and I miss everything about them.

These are my favorite IEMs. I really like the warm sound though it lacks in the highs a bit. Great mids and bass. Im trying hard not to buy a second pair as backup. Once you spend over 50~60 on a pair of headphones you can never go back.

No I would not use an IEM like this when jogging. Pick up a set of UE 500's. The best was when Icemonkey.com had the 350vi for $20 shipped. I was amazed at how good they are for that price and they are my backup set, although even they are prob too nice for jogging. My Sennheiser CX 485s are the backup-backups for that type of stuff.

Not good for jogging, but fantastic under a full faced properly fitting motorcycle helmet, which is hard to find since they cancelled the Ety 6.

I don't understand how these are 5 thumbs up with every review being negative on SD. I am no audiophile, but I am looking for some good plugs and headphones over the winter holidays. Is this good? I would appreciate any feedback! Again, I am no audiophile and I am a student, so I need a good 'bang for your buck' option. Thanks in advance!

Because SD isn't a good review site?

X10s are very good IEMs, even if the trolls on SD don't think so. For this price, it's a no-brainer if you want an IEM that's small, comfortable, sounds good, and has good bass. The only knock on these IEMs is the fact that the wiring material and build quality is bad.

Read more about these IEMs on Head-Fi where people actually knows what they're talking about. Joker, a Head-Fi reviewer who reviewed 267 in-ear headphones, gave X10s an 8.7 on sound quality and 9/10 on overall value (at a $150 pricepoint).

These sound amazing and they're the most comfortable headphones I've ever owned, but they don't last very well. I'm absolutely anal about taking care of my things, but these are falling apart after about a year.

Take that for whatever its worth. Maybe nothing, but its my experience.

Build quality matters when you're spending $90 on headphones. I've had crappy Skull Candy ear buds outlast these, so personally I can't justify buying another pair. I'm a Klipsch fan, and I own a pair of K Horns that are older than I am. These aren't the same quality as any other Klipsch product I own. They sound stellar, but they are they only Klipsch product I've ever had break.

I'm not sure about Square Trade. To warranty them through Klipsch themselves you'd need to purchase via an authorized reseller --which mom and pop Amazon resellers are usually not.

TF10 sound 2x better than the x10 but the they tend to break very easy. I still having both of them but the TF10 is giving out anytime now

I got these for $80 bucks on Cyber Monday. It's not that great, I wish I never bought them. I can hear the wires LOUDLY grinding against my cloths when I'm walking.
