No real surprise, if you try to buy the Adorama drive you get this message:
Sorry! due to the great demand for this item we ran out of it. Interesting on that Adorama link, I can add it to my cart but the price shows up as $314.99. Haven't tried to check out though.
EDIT: Nevermind, the "we ran out of it" message shows up when you try to check out. Wonder if Amazon will price match this? (Probably not.) |

Called the 800 number and got one for $315. No tax for CA + free shipping. Not a bad price. You got the "we ran out of it" message because they have realized it was price mistake on the web so they stopped accepting order from the site. But phone order goes through fine.
