this service is going to be a massive fail from P&L perspective. I'm surprised a company like eBay would be funding such a ridiculous idea.

It would've been better to have the option of letting you get it yourself if you didn't want to wait for a valet. It would've made using the $20 coupon so much easier

I got that too and mine wasn't even late! I'm hoping the $50 minimum goes away by then.

I live in an area of Brooklyn where they don't offer delivery. Went to Manhattan for dinner, girlfriend tried the app and ordered from bed bath and beyond, delivery in about 45 minutes. I ordered a bunch of items from walgreens. After 2 hours 15 minutes I called the valet and he said he was at the store but couldn't find one of the items. I asked him to get a $25 starbucks gc instead, cancel out the rest of the order. I guess they didn't have the gc at walgreens because the type he gave didn't have the value marked on the tag.
All in all it took 3 hours to get my order.
Before he left he gave me a huge bag filled with wrapping paper, ribbon, gift boxes, etc.

Just tried this today from Times Square. $20 off and they didn't even charge for delivery, so my $30 item was only $12 total! ($14 with tip).
