1) you call and say you want to pm
2) tell them Nordstrom's item no. 3) tell them where this item is sold at lower $, if chatting prepare the link, but calling is better they will check if this retailer authorized or not 4) if they refuse (say the site not authorized, only same model/color will be pm'ed), call again and repeat steps 1 trhough 3 5) place your order with pm'ed price

I had sand pricematched again online, but called afterwards and had them change my color to chestnut. He had to cancel my online order , but re-ordered it in chestnut using the adjusted price no questions asked.
