That's actually a good catch on your part. At first, I assumed that section 6 language was standard boilerplate that appears on all Kaspersky product rebate forms but I just looked at Frys website for Kaspersky products that are advertised with upgade rebates and they have a different section 6 noting that it's combinable with another offer number. In any event, as Wildpir8 noted above, they process these upgrade rebates and the slickdeals veterans have been receiving them for a long time without problems. And -- if they change their approval policy/practice -- you have nothing/little to lose so long as the 1st rebate you submit for the product covers the full purchase price. Probably best to hold off on submitting the upgrade rebate until well after the 1st rebate has been submitted (7-10 days, as the OP has cautioned us), to minimize the risk that the 1st rebate could be reviewed after or at the same time as the 2nd rebate (if the 2nd rebate were approved first, they may well deny the 1st (more lucrative) rebate based on section 6 language).

No. This issue is brought up on this forum every so often and youre misinterpreting what "no valid with other offers means". Both rebates are separate offer numbers and separate rebates. Its not suggested that you cant receive both rebates. Its talking about other types of possible offers(whatever the hell those are). They are often even advertised in B&M stores with both rebates and always have that wordage on the rebate forms. Ive never had an issue and ive done many of these as others will contest too also.

They get software shipments almost every week, so I really doubt it'd be in jeopardy.

You have 30 days from the purchase date to send everything in.

Odds are it'll be on back-order until they get in a new shipment on Wednesday or Friday next week, and then it'd be on it's way to you.
