Chase Ultimate Rewards Mall - problems with earning cash back
I've had my chase freedom card for about a year now. When I used to make purchases through the ultimate rewards mall, the points would eventually show up, for the past few months, they haven't.
I contacted Chase and the first few times they credited the purchases as a "courtesy." Now they're telling me I've gotten to many courtesies and won't credit my account. They won't even tell me what, if anything, I'm doing wrong other than that the purchases weren't "eligible."
Is anyone else having this problem? I can't imagine what I'm doing wrong that the purchases aren't eligible. For example, I purchased a few hoodies from that finishline deal back in September - not eligible and won't credit. A few weeks ago I placed an order through proflowers - again not eligible and won't credit. What gives?
