That was a nice screw up! I ended up calling today and to my surprise they really couldn't combine my gift cards and give me a new number she also needed to complete my transaction. So of course I had the coupon issue again but she just adjusted my total. Then I had to tell her it came with a gift card three times. She said she had the correct one but I can't tell from the email she sent maybe I should print my cart total just incase. Did the gift card come with it or weeks later? She did keep asking me for an item number I could not see one. I hope it's correct.

Anyone else having problem opening the metro apps?
I am reading it may have to do with the Mcafee virus scanner?

I was able to get a free OS disk by calling!

anyone else doing the windows pro or media center upgrades? Can I just add to what I have now?

If you have issues, let me know. I screen capped the promo, and the item in my cart to have some proof if it doesn't work out.

It ended up not being the correct monitor after four hours on the phone and the chat I finally requested a manager call me would be able to help me I asked him if he could just apply the $50 E gift card to my total and he said he would be sending me out a $50 coupon mo sure exactly what coupon is then I realized they did not applied my loyalty advntage 2 day shipping and my 5%. Ugh dell's customer service is horrible. It especially irritates me that they list. Number on the emil that dosent work. Well I will see if the manager follows through.

Can you upgrade from win 8 plain as it comes with the 660? will the upgrade allow it to go through since it is not win7 or lower? Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks...worked like a champ! Even going to call me back in a few hours to make sure everything went ok with the download, and get the Media Center loaded and running.
Just took awhile to get through to a tech...about 25 min wait.
