I think after the holidays we will see these jump up in price again, the instant rebates that are being offered at this moment by Canon expire on the 29th this month. You may end up getting for $599 but wil be through mail in rebates and having to sell printers and stuff due to having to buy bundle.

i can only find the t3i for $599 right now so this t4i deal is really hot imho

Just shot my first video with my new T4i from the $599 B&H deal. Just some static city shots. Video looks over saturated big time, just like the 60D I returned to Costco. I guess their basic video settings aren't that great. Looked like shit actually, both cameras. A learning curve for sure.

I bought the Nikon D5100 as informed best for photos
Then did research and informed Canon t3i and t4i best for Videos
I like videos so was going to return Nikon and get canon t4i
After you state manure videos should I keep Nikon D5100

This camera was $900 range 3 months ago. For $599 without any rebates or selling off stuffs on CL is a great deal.
I imagine after XMAs maybe with some rebates and printer combo - The price maybe lower but too much troubles.
I dont think it will be at $500 within 1 year. So 1 year of the latest tech for $100 worth the price. Of course some people will wait for the T6i come out to get lower price

got the combo down to $783 for what I want, no tax. What does BB do for matching? Straight price only and then sock you with tax or do they figure tax in to make it even?

I agree. Over the past week, i bought and returned/sold so many cameras. It is getting kind of crazy. Out of the t4i and 60d, i chose the t3i. I couldn't see myself spending the extra $150 for a t4i without the stm lens. And i couldn't justify spending for the stm lens JUST for videos while the autofocusing is not really that great. Bought the t3i till i have the $$ for a 5d.
