These are awesome if you have young babies, or just need a little white noise to help yourself sleep. Two speeds. I have two of these for my 9 month old's nursery.

4.5/5 stars average rating with over 2200 reviews.

its better to use a permanent filter air purifier instead of this.good white noise, cleans air and does not cool the room down as much a regular fan.

I don't get it. What's wrong with using a $10 fan?
fans cool down the room, not suitable in cold weather.

Thanks OP. Repped and TU.

I just purchased one as a Christmas gift. Yes, I am last minute shopping Embarrassment But I think this deal should be FP due to the rating and reviews of the product itself.

I paid the extra $0.79 and went for the $41.15 option through Amazon instead of the $40.36 through one of the other sellers.

Thanks again!

Been using a fan for years for the GF, but I hate the air blowing over me while I sleep, creates too much of a breeze. Will try this, thanks!

I use a radio with the channel set between stations. It's REAL white noise, not a mechanical attempt at randomization. For those that have an old radio sitting around, there's no cost to buy. Otherwise, this way still costs less and uses less power.

I've been using one of these since a friend recommended a little over a year ago. My wife and I both sleep better with it. I'd buy another if mine breaks. I was skeptical before having one and now I'll probably never go without it.

Another very portable solution...

I'm a hardcore fan sleeper. I just can't go to sleep without the noise of a fan. I got the free iZzz app and pair it with my Jambox. This app sounds the best to me, as far as the kind of fan noise I like, plus it has a timer and volume control. This combo is small enough to take anywhere (fits in my purse), so just an idea for those of you who are looking for something to take along with you. Just plug the phone into your charger so it will charge overnight, listen to the fan, and sleep! Smilie

A quick research shows that this is very near regular price. If you have ShopRunner, you could get one at DrugStore $44.99; supposedly this $5 off $30 / $10 off $50 [drugstore.com] still works.

Bought this recently on a lightning deal for $43. Really like it, as I normally sleep with a fan on and this is like that but without the cold air. Also glad I got the dual speed, as I use this on low.

This!

Don't buy the replacement one size filters either. Buy a large furnace filter and a good pair of shears and you can make your own to fit your unit.

Are you guys serious? Front page?

Might as well thow in an extra 20 or 30 bucks and buy an air purifier. It'll create white noise, keep you healthy, and keep your room free of dust.
