I don't mind paying a few bucks to avoid the horrendous traffic at Fry's... but it keeps saying only available in store... |

There are several conflicting reviews on Amazon. Most people complain that the the weak-point is that it cannot hold monitors vertically, and the monitors will tilt or slide downwards. Based on these customers' descriptions of their method, it looks to me as though they are screwing/tightening the device incorrectly. Several other customers on Amazon have left rebuttals on these negative reviews, stating that the device has worked for them with the same size/weight monitors. So it may be an issue with quality control of these products, or perhaps some customers aren't securing their monitors correctly. |

We bought a dual monitor mount last time when it was $40 or something after MIR. The build quality is pretty good, and even great for the money. The rebate was quick and pain less. I have submitted many SIIG rebates and have never had any problem. I think I received those rebate checks within like a month or so, not even 8 weeks. I will probably pick a tri-monitor mount if we can go to Fry tomorrow.

Nope this thing holds my 27" Yamakasi 2703 just fine. No sagging what so ever. I even mounted it on an Ikea desk thats less than 1" thick. The adjustments are great and the arms are removable if you need to change the length. Highly recommended especially at this price. Last edited by silver8; 12-21-2012 at 07:41 PM.. |

Grabbed a two, and a three monitor mount. Seems that most of the people with issues with these mounts installed them incorrectly... IE. Arms upside down.

meh
i dont consider these full articulating monitor stands i just installed my 2nd set of ergotron LX Dual monitior stands granted they cost much more but they are soooo worth the money the spring assisted height and tilt adjustments are what makes it awesome the desk stand portion and the rigidness of the clamps are what separates cheap ones from good stands i have owned 3 desk monitor stands from monoprice and 2 sets of ergotron LXs there is a reason why i dont cheap out on these and always end up going back to ergotron http://www.amazon.com/Ergotron-Lx...rgotron+LX with the cheap monitor stands, the L shaped metal clamp that goes on and behind the desk tends to bend as you tighten the clamp with dual monitors weighing in and leaning forward, you will notice it a lot more with thickness and rigidity of ergotron, you will never see bending happening everything is as stable as it can be, while being fully adjustable Last edited by EvilTechie; 12-21-2012 at 09:47 PM.. |
