Question for the guys...limited OT, please

I was given a gift of a 5 minute drive on a track in an F430, price tag was $149 for the experience. $179 will not get you an hour on a track in any of those cars. That is less than 1/2 the price of 1 tire for any of those 3 vehicles.

This is hard for me to give an opinion on, because I don't know him.
Some people get all excited about flying around in a small plane, but if he has enough hours for his pilot license, I wonder if there's no novelty left. I had quite a few friends that were hobbyist pilots (or were on the way to get their license). Some loved it forever, others got bored with it.

Driving around in a luxury car really wouldn't float my boat.. I've rented a luxury car a few times as a date, but when you're driving around a girl and trying to get laid, it's a little more exciting..

I wouldnt seriously consider renting one of those fancy cars, if it wasn't on a track. Where, on regular streets, can you actually let them run?

If your buddy is a plane guy, I would think any of the "exotic" plane rides would be the way to go.

Rent the Lamborgini and make sure to wreck it, get out and say "I'm outta here sucka!"

My personal preference would be the Lambo LP550, Ferrari second, whichever is still available for rent.

I third it. The biplane would be a once in a lifetime chance and give the biggest thrill of all the flying options. Plus with only an hour in a high performance car and having and instructor giving you driving instructions, he's not going to get that much actual driving time at high speed.

The amount of Lift you get with bi-plane is HUGE!

Since he's already got flight time, I'd think the instructor would let him have some extra fun that's not on the regular flight!
