Optimum Nutrition Performance Whey Isolate Protein 4.5 lb Vanilla coming to Costco in Jan - $12 off from 1/2/13 - 1/27/13

Anyone know what line its from? I see that it's not the performance whey. Since its 4.5 pounds and 30g protein per serving (?), anyone know how many servings it is or how big the serving size is?

Nevermind, just reread the initial post. 30g protein for ~37g serving. Not bad, will have to check it out when time comes! repped!

Couldn't find it today in my local costco to price it. Guess they won't start carrying it until January?

I use ON gold whey, ON casein. 1.75 scoops right after workout, 1/2 scoop cas with 25% milk 75% water before bed.

I'd post a pic but i'm sleepy. I'm no bodybuilder but i do ok, it's pretty obvious that i'm muscular. it's not because of the powder, of course,... i work out 4 days a week 45 to 1 hour with a buddy and we go fast and hard.

but i really do think it helps. before i used to only use food and i'd still get big but not as nicely done.

Too right.

Sadly the value of the $$ and the take home paycheck has not followed suit.

I remember years back when I got 5lb tubs of protein from an EOY Amazon sale for $11 each.

I drink it also..... just don't see very many deals or mentions of it.

I've been using the double chocolate ON for a month now (weight loss) and I love the flavor. Tastes good even with plain H2O.

I was following a diet plan consisting of 3 tuna cans a day and after realizing that plain tuna in fact tastes like wet cardboard, I decided to supplement with a protein shake instead.

I've lost 8 lbs so far (from 207 to 199lbs now) in 3 weeks. Supplementing only with ON protein, DS Craze (love that shyte! and the main reason why I've been able to keep up my 5 day workouts in winter).

OR

saw this at costco today. this is not the normal performance whey. i looked at the ingredients and it was all isolate, do not remember seeing concentrate. if it's really 100% isolate, this is quality stuff. much better than the gold standard, which is not all isolate.

$58 at costco, but it's 140 kcals, 30g protein, 1g of fat, and under 3g carbs.

Can't find this specific product anywhere on ON's website, but I think it's a good price after coupon considering the nutrition profile.
