The whey isolate from Costco has 30g per serving, with a total of 55 servings for $46. Your CVS suggestion has 4 grams less of protein per serving and costs $0.79 per serving. **This is incorrect, as he stated the incorrect price. See my edit below** Your Dymatize suggestion has 9 grams less of protein per serving and costs $0.90 per serving. Costco On Whey Isolate costs $0.84 cents per serving. So, it has 9 grams more protein per serving than Dymatize and is $0.06 cents cheaper per serving. It costs $0.05 more than CVS, but has 4 grams more protein per serving. **CVS is incorrect based on the posters incorrect price** CVS looks like it may be a better deal, but I didn't look at their other ingredients. **Incorrect, CVS is not a better deal** Also, CVS is not a name brand, so you contradicted yourself by suggesting to purchase a name brand. I would rather pay the $3.30 difference for the name brand warm and fuzzy over CVS. Edit: The CVS protein is not a better deal. According to their website, it is $18.29 a jug, so $56.70, not $33 like you suggested above. Therefore, CVS has 4 grams less of protein per serving and costs $1.35 per serving, an astonishing $0.51 more than On. Last edited by 91stealthes; 01-08-2013 at 10:03 AM.. |

I picked this up yesterday, tried it today after my workout. I don't usually like vanilla flavored protein, but this was actually good! It does have sucralose in it, which I don't like but it's hard to avoid. I used my baby blender bottle and mixed it with cold water, one of the best mixed proteins I've had. Can't report how it helped with recovery yet, I only worked shoulders & abs today but we'll see after tomorrow--chest day! Definitely recommend, even if quite pricey.

I consume about 2.25l-2.75 lbs of uncooked meat a day and I am a small guy so anyone should be able to eat more.
