Thanks Op, Kmart purchase worked after calling in--was told by CSR the request would be sent to support & would hear about bonus points within 30 days. I was surprised to see bonus points posted after 2 days.

My Discover Card billing cycle just ended and I wanted to let you all know that the Discover 5% Department Store/online Cashback Promo and the Discover 2% for purchases made on the 22nd Cashback promo have already posted to my Discover Card Account.

Just so you know it can take up to 2 billing cycles to get your Discover Cashback.
I'll just wait for the next billing cycle to end before I pester Discover on the 10% Shop Discover promo. I know I did the shop discover part correctly.
7% Discover Cashback down. 10% Discover Cashback to Go.

Edit: Checked my E-mail. I hadn't paid too much attention before but Discover sends me random E-mails on my Cashback Status. I got an E-mail confirming the 10% on Shop discover. I bet it will post during the next billing cycle.
Everything has worked out better than planned.

I think I may have to call Kmart, chat said it could take 7 days to see points....should I wait instead of pestering them?

I called KMart today and was sent to SYW CS. He said that he submitted the 100K points for me and expected to see it in 30 days. I hope I can see the points as soon as you.

Oh nice - I got a girl that looked at it thoroughly and used the excuse "well your not a bonus SYWR member".

Bonus members have a valid email on file. I'm like Everytime I place an order it asks for my email on Sears and Kmart - how do they not have it on file?

So she added it in and is looking into getting me credited for points but isn't guaranteeing it.

I ordered from Sears then used the points from that purchase on the 2nd TV from Kmart.

Reading through their terms - I can just have a negative points balance when I return the Sears on. So I don't need the points on the Kmart order anyway. I'll just start up a new SYWR card and email address

The TV you mentioned seems to be listed for $699 on Kmart.com, not $499. Is the deal dead?

If what you say is right, can we order this TV via store pick from sears and then wait for points to show up in SWYR and use it on Kmart, so never pick up from sears(Cancel the order). If this can be done its slick and I don;t need to deal with Kmart points right? Kmart is $50 cheaper than sears that's the only reason I'm even thinking of doing this and I don't have Discover card to get OP's deal

If you buy something with rewards points and return it are you able to get money back or do they just add points back to your account?

Called discover and confirmed you get the 10% cashback on top of 5% when you enter the store from the discover website.

I picked one up today. Now if Sears does another promo where they triple everyones SWYR points like they did earlier this year, that would make this truly slick.

I just returned something a week ago that I used $10 in points with. They wouldn't give me the cash for the points, and I didn't get the points back.

Same here. I bought this morning. Last time I bought from Sears using e b a t e s, I got the credit within hours. I'm nervous about not getting credit because I paid with gift cards. Most of the time I get the credit even though I paid with gift cards, but if there's a problem, they will never give me credit if a gift card has been used.
