Usually in the past when I would call customer service for other promotions that items did not count they ask for the receipt information and then they send you out the missing +UP if you qualified for one and yes, even after they send you out the +UP if you buy more product the regular +UP will print out too, so it is kind of a double dip. I would wait to call them about items not counting until you are just shy from getting the +UP (had the items been counted correctly). That way they can just go ahead and send out your missing +UP and then you can buy more and get the double dip. I have never seen them actually adjust the tracking information, but that doesn't mean there won't be a first time.
I chatted today with the RA ... I was on 190 and bought $28 sharpies but only $4 counted and obviously, it did not print the Up ... they are going to add 24 to the count ... in 72 hours ... wouldn't send me any Ups. So, I'm planning to buy 6+ and get the 200+ up and then let it add up the missing 24 and then cross the 250 and get the last $10up.
