Radio Shack has the HTC One V for Virgin Mobile for $49.99 this week (Starting 12/23).
If you spend $50 or more you get $10 back in coupons, so I'm sure you can find a cheap filler to make this sweeter.

They also have the Samsung Galaxy S2 for VM for $299.99

I wasted time on this. No sign of the price adjustment.
C'mon people - if you've been on SD long enough, you know:

1) Most times websites aren't clear on Eastern vs. Pacific time
2) Even if they are, 50% of the time the offers don't go live on the dot

Has anyone here already put this onto page plus? I'm not too familiar with them, but I'm using tracfone right now and I'd like a phone that I can use as an mp3 player primarily, use as a cell in emergencies and be able to look up what items are selling for on eBay when I'm B&M shopping -- would this be a really good option, or no?

No. And it doesn't take a sim card, it's CDMA. Completely incompatible.

AT&T uses GSM so it won't work. Virgin Mobile like Verizon is CDMA.

I put mine on P+.

Like how much are you willing to spend? P+ has pay as you go but data is $0.99/MB if you don't have one of their monthly plans.

Refill periods are really good though. $10 every 120 days. You could run the phone with an emergency number for like $30/year.
