Yes, it is free & you do not have to make a purchase. You're looking at the wrong ad. You're looking at the main ad on the page that offers a free polish change or eyebrow shaping w/purchase. This offer is different The free offer is over on the right of the page (the gray box)

Has anyone gotten this?
When they were giving out the free OPI mini polish with complimentary touch up in May, there was no purchase required, but I'm sure that a tip was expected for the touch up service. Luckily for me, I was in rush, so they just gave me the polish. |

Did you just go up to the SA at the salon and ask for one? Too bad I didn't know about it because I've been to JCP so many times this month. Any choice in color? |

I got one in store today. They had run out of the mini bottles for this promo but I asked the sales lady to look under the cabinet and she found some mini bottles from a promo this summer which she reluctantly agreed to substitute. There were hot pink and red ones so I got a red. Hth! |

It is 1/5th the size of a regular bottle! But its not too bad because you won't worry about not finishing the bottle before it dries out.

Thanks! Went today to use my coupons from the buttons and the girl let me pick any of the colors I wanted. They had 6 different colors, I chose 3!
