they're not bad speakers for FREE, reviews say they hear the power supply noise, but I don't have that problem at all.

You are just fine ordering it now. As long as you can see the rebate link, you don't need to worry as TD webpage doesn't update all the rebate offers correctly and in certain cases, that's how we end up with MM deals!

As OP said, as soon as you buy the item, fill the rebate form immediately so that you have your rebate registration form regardless of the changes (pricing and/or rebate) that take place afterwards.
