I didn't see one in my box neither.

Lots of things don't, not sure if they are trying to conserve paper or what. Just print the invoice/receipt from the order page

fwiw I called in today and was told my rebate was approved but it was still in processing. I sent my rebate in on around 12/10/2012 and she told me that entered it in their system on 2/6/2013. This is probably going to be one of the longest rebates I'll receive in awhile. Doubt I'll do another one from 3M in the future now that I know how long they take to come. At least it's approved though.

I called and they said 3-4 more weeks

I got the deal that ended in December. Mailed 1/11/13. Called yesterday. They have my rebate and are still processing it. They didn't have a date of when the check will be issued. 12 weeks and counting. BS.

Just received my $8 rebate check today. Phewww.
