but still not as good as the Virgin Mobile $50 deal with $17.50 cashback from e* B* ate s+ %5 Discover cashback

Amazon just killed the resale market for all the SD people who bought multiple units of the last One V deal to flip.

good I am glad the resale market is destroyed. Now time to destroy other markets in the world...oh wait the governments took care of that already .....

USE your HTC ONE V as a IP CAM! In conjunction with the Synology NAS you can make it a IPWEB CAM with recording and motion!! Synology supports IPWEB and USB WEBCAMS!

I wish this would work with the $25 plan. Can anyone explain why VM won't allow you to use certain phones with that $25 plan? Makes no sense to me.
They want to make more money. That's how business works.

From my understanding if you have the $25/month, if you change your phone to anything else $35 is the cheapest you will then pay.

Just bought one for my 6 year old as a MP3 player... Am I an idiot??
I don't know, but that's one lucky 6yr old. Matchbox and Hotwheels were the most expensive gift I ever got when I was that age.

Understood. But isn't that also a way to turn customers away? Seems like an arbitrary reason (or lack of reason) to not support phones. Seems like a bad move to me. If something happens to our optimus slider, do they really think that I am going to upgrade my phone and plan? I have a backup slider (19.99) and if that dies and I can't get my hands on an inexpensive replacement, I will just go with a mainstream carrier like AT&T or Verizon. I think its a bad move on their part.
