Hm thats weird. I just called 888 237 8289 said More Options. And varied my responses to the operator as either Ordering 3D glasses or PM 3d glasses. I think each time they transferred me to the entertainment sales department. And they picked up within 20 seconds. Maybe hang up and call back? I made I think 5 calls all answered practically immediately.

One of the ladies did mention that they were getting a LOT of calls on these glasses, but every other rep didn't really say anything.

Yes, they will work with most 3D TV's.

Whats the difference between passive and active? Does active give you a better 3d?

Be prepared. These glasses won't work with 2011 and older TV models. I was reading the reviews from Amazon.

I checked yesterday, and was surprised to see they were in stock. While looking for a coupon they went back out of stock. Two hours later, they came back in. Received an order confirmation, and the shipping confirmation today.

Do you mean it was alive on the website, as in the online page had more stock? If so, maybe it's worth it to sign up for the email notification they list so that I know exactly when they get new stock.
